Your Role: What You’ll Do at Nova Patient Care

Front Desk Associates
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Medical Assistants
  • Assist providers with patient care, including vitals, preparing examination rooms, and administering medications.
  • Accurately document patient information in our electronic medical records system.
  • Support providers in lab orders, tests, and ensuring high-quality clinical care.
Office Supervisors & Office Managers
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and a seamless patient experience.
  • Manage and support staff while fostering a collaborative and productive workplace.
  • Work with Virtual Support Teams to streamline administrative processes and improve clinic workflows.
