Dr. Kenneth Desandies, MD

Dr Desandies started his professional career in 1978 as a physician in Obstetric and Gynecology.

A graduate of Meharry Medical College, he did his residency at King’s County Hospital and Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn.

Dr. Desandies was a member of D.C. Medical Society’s Maternal Health Care Committee and of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He was in private practice since then as a board certified physician, with offices in Alexandria, Virginia and Temple Hills, Maryland.

Dr Desandies has been working with NOVA Patient Care as a general physician since 2017 after retiring from his private practice as a Gynecologist.

The father of two daughters, he enjoys sports in his leisure time.
